Mainalon Resort is considered a landmark for Tripoli having been built in 1936 in the centre of the town, on the well-known Areos Square, one of the largest squares in Greece. It has offered accommodation to many celebrities, artists and politicians over and over again.
The inspired façade of the hotel leads to a neoclassic atmosphere : wooden coated, marble parquet, soft fitter carpet, comfortable sofas,ornate furniture, luxurious details , extensive rendering of services and , naturally, a fascinating view!
The view includes the imposing Courthouse ,a beautiful park just opposite the hotel and the statue of Theodoros Kolokotronis, legend of the greek revolution, as well as the vividness of everyday life around Areos Square.

Our breakfast is served both to our hotel guests and our visitors from 7:30 till 9:30 in the morning in weekdays but later at weekends, in our elegantly decorated hall of Mainalon Cafe, looking straight to Areos Square with the green park.
