Reservations - Cancellations

Preferably, you should contact the reception 1 day in advance, in order to book your chosen treatment at your chosen time. You need to be at the spa room 10 minutes before the time of your appointment. In case of late appearance, we will have to reduce your treatment time, without reducing the treatment price.

To cancel or change your appointment, please contact the spa reception at least 2 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you of the treatment price.
