Ground Floor for Disabled The second-floor apartment, measuring 32 square meters, of S.B.H. is designed to accommodate people with disabilities.

All spaces are adapted to meet the needs of wheelchair mobility indoors.The doors are wide, and the bathroom is equipped with foldable grab bars.

The bedroom is spacious with a double bed, a chest of drawers, an open wardrobe for clothing, and concealed lighting on the stone wall.

The open-plan area includes the kitchen and the living room, with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is distributed through channels within the interior.

From the balcony doors, you step out onto the large terrace with a view of the Messinian Gulf and the S.B.H. swimming pool just a few meters ahead.

GROUND FLOOR The S.B.H. complex also has 2 houses of 32 sqm each. One comfortably accommodates 3 people. It features a living room with a separate kitchen and a sofa bed opposite the stone wall with hidden lighting.

The balcony door leads to the large veranda, offering an excellent view of the Messenian Gulf. The comfortable bedroom with a view of the gulf provides absolute tranquility, with a double bed, dressers, open hangers, and hidden lighting in the stone wall.

The decorative stamped cement on the floors and in the bathroom accentuates the minimalistic character of the interior space, while the air conditioning is distributed through channels, creating a cool and pleasant atmosphere in combination with the stone walls, energy-efficient doors, and windows.

Finally, near the entrance, there is private parking for our guests.

The S.B.H. complex offers 4 autonomous, minimally designed and decorated houses. The interior space of 52 sqm includes the ground floor with a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a large veranda.

The wooden staircase connects the ground floor to the upper floor,which has a bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom.

The side balcony door leads you to the large veranda, with a magnificent view of the entire Messinian Gulf, from the sunrise to the sunset towards Mount Lykodimos, allowing you to enjoy the sunset in the afternoon hours.

The space is constructed with decorative stamped concrete on the floors and in the bathrooms. Air conditioning is distributed throughout the rooms through ducts, creating excellent climate conditions in combination with the 50-point stone walls.

The doors and windows are energy-efficient and provide excellent insulation, ensuring a good, peaceful, and restful sleep, along with the comfort of the bed mattresses. Both bedrooms have a view of the gulf and are designed with beautiful mirrors, open hangers, and drawers for clothing.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed across from the stone interior wall with concealed lighting, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Finally, next to the entrance, there is individual parking.
